About the event
This class is for all the mamas in their postpartum trying to understand their cycles again. Whether you are trying to get pregnant again, hoping to prevent pregnancy or just trying to get a better understanding of your hormones, this class is for you!

when and why our cycles return
when it is possible to get pregnant again
how to chart our cycles before we even mensurate and while breastfeeding
