About the event
There are so many women struggling to understand their cycles as they enter perimenopause, and our culture has only made it harder by making it such a taboo subject. I want to bring back the wisdom of generations past. Where we sat at the feet of older wiser women and learned what we needed to know from their experiences.
Although I am obviously not older and wiser I want to educate these older and wiser women so they have the tools they need to navigate menopause and empower them to change our current culture, creating a space for younger women to come to them and gain their knowledge and experience when the time comes.
